Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Stirling City Gymnastics Club or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session out-with adhering to Scottish Gymnastics safety guidelines.
Stirling City Gymnastics Club reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by going into your child’s profile and updating the ‘medical info’ box .
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
Payment of classes is continuous for each block irrespective of illness, injury or holidays.
If there are any sessions cancelled due to circumstances out-with our control eg bad weather etc, Stirling City Gymnastics Club will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
Should you wish to terminate your child's membership, you must notify Stirling City Gymnastics Club with 4 weeks notice in writing.
We will communicate via email/text if payment is missed and an immediate payment must be made or your subscription will be be cancelled and your child will be removed from the class.
If you fail to keep up to date with payments via instalments we have the right to refuse fees via this method as an option to you in the future.
It is a condition of membership that parents and gymnasts abide by the relevant code of conduct - please familiarise yourself with these and and spend time discussing this with your child.
Annual membership must be paid upon joining and updated every August both to the Cub and Scottish Gymnastics.
Gymnasts under 12 must be brought into the gym by a guardian and not dropped off in the car park.
Children are discouraged from bringing personal belongings to training - neither Stirling City Gymnastics Club or The Peak take responsibility for lost property.
Appropriate attire should be worn for training - leotard/shorts/leggings or similar, hair tied up and no crop tops or jewellery.
